Personal Profile
Stacey Breault, chef and owner of Chefa’s Inc, is a culinary graduate of Southern Maine Community College. While enrolled in the program, she received a scholarship from the Portland Chapter of the American Culinary Association and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. It has been her dream to become a chef and a caterer, and now that wish is being fulfilled in her own brand new commercial kitchen.

Chefa’s is an off-site catering company. We provide catering services for all occasions including weddings, executive luncheons, private gatherings, barbeques and much more. Our commitment is to provide an exceptional culinary experience for each guest during our catered affairs.

In addition to our professionally staffed catering services, we also offer drop-off catering for any event, as well as freshly prepared and delivered box lunches and party platters for corporate lunch meetings and picnics.

At Chefa’s, our staff of professionally trained chefs pride themselves on delivering the finest quality foods blended with top quality visual presentation. All of our menu items are prepared in house with only the freshest ingredients available.
Wait Staff
Chefa’s employs an impeccable staff of first class servers. They are all trained to provide the utmost professional service during your event. They will provide service for formal seated dinners, stationary buffet stations and also for butlered hors d’oeuvres. We pride ourselves on creating the highest quality experience for you and your guests.
